Arrange the blocks of quartz 5 blocks apart then on each side 3 blocks up. Then put a diagonal block pointing inwards then another diagonal on each side. Then put a block in the middle. Now you have your frame. Put fences on the 2 top blocks then put one underneath each of those. Now put the stairs on the ends of those and you have a swing set.
